Proving the release, not just the build
Last week I turned the release wave into a checked contract instead of a claim. Every application in the fleet now pins its GitHub Actions to one shared commit, records the exact release it serves, and fails its catalog gate when the deployed SHA drifts from the recorded one. That gate caught ARL today: the manifest still named 84c1373a while production had already moved to 8bb7ea9b, and I corrected the manifest to the commit the deploy actually published. Alongside that I published each application’s real evidence scale — WFM now carries 22 sources and 28 claims after GWM Worlds 2 and Odyssey-3, AIA 172 sources, GPU 70 — so a visitor can see how much verified material sits behind each page instead of taking the page’s word for it.

This month I am treating each atlas, lab, and observatory as part of one public operating map: verified identities, dated evidence, clear boundaries, and a release path that stays consistent from source to production.

Industrial AI that operators trust
The through-line from mechanical engineering to AI engineering is simple: a real person must be able to understand, review, and act on the decision. Every atlas and lab should make industrial intelligence legible, traceable, and operable — not merely accurate.
Refreshed all thirty portfolio applications in a single release wave — atlas audits for AIA evidence and LLM vLLM upstream, bilingual parity for GPU, USL, LCL and POL, research-source refreshes for HNS, CTX, SEC and EVL, and clarified collective-intelligence scope across SWI, ANT and BEE.
Brought the collective-intelligence research platform SWI live with the ANT and BEE laboratories — pheromone trails, dance communication and foraging exposed as reproducible bilingual experiments.
Reviewed the complete bilingual site, refreshed the application map and /now focus, and tightened technical-label rendering.
Expanded the learning system with CTX, SEC, and EVL; redrew the topology as one orthogonal loop with the WFM → ITL → ENG horizon spine.
